General Registration Information
- Registrations may be canceled for any reason until January 1, 2027, with a complete refund of deposit and tuition.
- For any camper family who has selected the payment plan, enrolling after the initial payment plan start date of September 1, 2026, will have their balance divided amongst remaining payments with the last payment being May 1, 2027. Payment plans will not be available after April 1, 2026. Any camper enrolled after April 1, 2027, who has selected the payment plan, will have the tuition balance lumped into a single payment on May 1, 2027.
- Need-based financial assistance is available. Please contact Director of Business and Operations, Eric Steinbach (eric@ramahnorcal.org) for more information. Awards will be given on a first-come, first-served basis starting in October 2026. Applications must be received by May 1, 2027 for consideration. **Please note that financial assistance awards are provided on a first-come, first-served basis until the financial assistance committee has exhausted the financial assistance award funding.**
- To avoid a 3% credit card processing fee, please consider paying via eCheck
