Virtual Camp 2020 | Camp Ramah Northern California

Virtual Camp 2020

We are excited to continue to bring a taste of camp to our families this summer through our virtual camp programs. This programming provides campers an opportunity to connect, create and further friendships and participate in Joyful Judaism wherever they may be. These virtual programs will be offered at no-cost to families.  We understand that nothing can replace the magic of camp along the shores of Monterey, but we hope that you will join us this summer! We encourage families to consider making a donation to support our virtual summer program leaders.

Each week we’ll be sharing an activity packet for your family to enjoy based on one of our core camp values!

Week 1 - Simcha (Joy)

Week 2 - Kavod (Respect & Inclusion)

Week 3 - Manhigut (Leadership)

Of course! Our virtual camp experience is a great way for siblings, friends, and previous campers to connect to our camp community. Reach out to those you know and invite them to join.

We need this information to appropriately plan for all our activities. In addition, registration will allow you to add your camper’s activities directly to your calendar.

We are hiring rashei eidah (unit heads) and rashei maslul (specialty track heads)  to oversee different grade level programming, just as they would be doing at camp. These are experienced members of our summer staff.

We are also hiring counselors who will be assigned to different eidot and programs throughout the summer. These college students will be participating in a professional development program prior to the start of camp through the Nachshon Project.

All virtual programming staff were hired to work at camp this summer and have passed a background check.

Our virtual summer experiences will be offered at no cost to families. We hope that you and your campers enjoy these activities generously sponsored by partner organizations, foundations, and individual donors.
